General Principles

Strukturmeister processes only the data necessary for the secure operation of this website and the functions you choose to use. The data is not used for advertising, audience measurement, profiling or any other purposes. No analytics or advertising services are integrated into this website.

Website Delivery and Secure Operation

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, the time and destination of the request, HTTP method and status code, volume of data transferred, referrer and browser information.

This processing is necessary to deliver content, establish encrypted connections, identify errors and prevent attacks or misuse.

Regular page requests are not stored for the purpose of analysing user behaviour. Security-relevant events may be recorded in operational and security logs, including IP addresses. Such events are retained in central operational monitoring for no longer than 30 days and are then automatically deleted.

To protect the contact form, repeated submissions from the same IP address are limited within a one-hour period. This data is used exclusively to prevent misuse.

Technically Necessary Sessions

A technically necessary session may be established for the contact form. In particular, it supports protection against forged requests, the security question and correct processing of the form.

The session is not used for analytics or advertising.

Contact Form and Email

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally provided organisation, message and confirmation that you have read this privacy notice. Technical session and CAPTCHA data are processed to prevent misuse.

The information is transmitted to Strukturmeister by email. A confirmation of receipt is sent to the email address provided.

The form does not create an additional contact database. Messages remain in the email system only for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and any subsequent communication.

Appointment Booking with Nextcloud Calendar

Appointment scheduling links lead to the public booking form of Nextcloud Calendar at kloud.strukturmeister.com.

When accessing this service, connection, session and security data necessary for the secure operation of Nextcloud is processed.

Booking an appointment involves processing your name, email address, selected appointment, time zone and any additional information you voluntarily provide.

This data is used to check availability, create the calendar entry, provide confirmations and facilitate the meeting.

If a Nextcloud Talk room is created for the appointment, the necessary appointment information is also processed in Nextcloud.

Booking data is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the appointment and any subsequent communication.

Administration

The administration area is not publicly accessible.

Administrative logins involve processing technically necessary identity, session and security data to protect access and ensure that changes to the website can be operated in a traceable manner.

No Use for Unrelated Purposes

The data described above is not sold, used for advertising or combined into user profiles.

Data is shared only where technically necessary to provide the selected function, for example when sending emails or booking appointments.
